Our Homes

We provide homes that offer a warm, friendly and safe environment to nurture the children and young people in our care, giving them confidence to be themselves and develop their individual abilities.

Our homes are a mix of solo occupancy, 2, 3 and 4 bedded homes. They are in a mixture of rural and urban locations; able to meet the different needs of the children and young people in our care, who are aged between 6 and 17 years old.

We have homes across Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire and Nottinghamshire

The joy of working with children is that it is always different. Each child is unique, they bring their own life experience, needs and expectations.

Children come to live in our homes for many different reasons. Even though sometimes the underlying difficulties are similar, the approach for each child is always different. This is because we don’t only focus on the difficulties the child is having, we focus on the child’s strengths, and we also take into consideration their age, personality, what they like to do/play, and so on.

Working in Children's Residential care gives you the rewarding opportunity to see children learn, grow, play and develop. Our staff often develop enjoyable working relationships with the children in their care with many stories and memories made over the years.
