As our Content Strategist, you'll develop and execute a modern content strategy focused on Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) by developing messaging frameworks and strategic guidelines that unify creative across social, owned, and earned channels. This role goes beyond blog posts and landing pages - it's about structuring and packaging information so that it's visible, cited, and trusted by search engines, AI assistants, and customers alike. In collaboration with marketing team, you will also develop and update content across written communications, videos/scripts, and digital content for use on the web and live delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is also willing to execute content development in-house, significantly reducing reliance on external agencies. A background in technical content, engineering and / or manufacturing is highly preferred. Responsibilities: Lead Content Strategy & Planning Develop and guide solution-oriented storytelling that connects products, services, and customer needs across sectors.
