You will undertake client related administration in order to assist Independent Financial Advisers in the provision of independent financial services to clients. Key responsibilities of the Financial Services Administrator includes: You will be working as part of their team helping with all aspects of office administration including: Diary and email managementArranging appointmentsClient communications by telephone and e-mailPreparing letters, presentations, and reportsSupporting Consultants with client related administrationPreparing all documentation for client meetings and ensuring client information is recorded accuratelyMaintaining client and portfolio recordsProcessing client new business and general client administration as requiredProducing financial product and investment product recommendation reportsMaintaining client and portfolio records To be a successful Financial Services Administrator you will demonstrate: Office Administration experience, ideally in Financial ServicesGood team player with a flexible approachExcellent organisational skills, and be a self-starterAttention to detail to ensure production of accurate and timely documentsExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Confidence to deal with third parties and can work with total discretion
