We are partnering with a prestigious private family office to appoint an outstanding Travel Coordinator to oversee all aspects of global travel for an ultra-high-net-worth family. This is a rare and highly trusted appointment, offering complete autonomy and flexibility on location, with the role able to be performed fully remotely from anywhere in the world.The Travel Coordinator will have end-to-end ownership of approximately 150 journeys per year, delivering flawlessly executed, highly personalised itineraries for four family principals, and on occasion, staff and guests. Responsibilities span commercial travel with an emphasis on optimising points and loyalty programmes, as well as chartered flights and private jet arrangements, private ground transportation and best-in-class luxury accommodation. The successful candidate will bring demonstrable experience within a family office or UHNW environment, coupled with impeccable attention to detail, absolute discretion and the ability to manage last minute changes with composure and precision.This role will suit a polished, highly organised travel professional who thrives in a fast paced, high trust environment and is confident operating at the intersection of commercial and private aviation, delivering a seamless, concierge level service at all times.
