We produce more than 160 million units per year across 600 different product lines for customers such as Morrisons, Tesco & Asda.What you'll be doingAddress stock issues, ensuring raw materials and finished goods are cycle counted on a weekly basesStock adjustments are escalated to the Stick Team LeaderAbility to count stock accurately, fact finding, fill out detailed reports, interrogate the warehouse management systemBooking of all stock using technology (JBA guns or computers)Rotation of stock to ensure correct stock is used at correct times (FIFO)Receiving and locating deliveries throughout the shift, ensuring stock is rotated so oldest stock used firstPacking products into boxes/trays when received from high care productionUse of ICE printers to select correct orders and print labels that are automatically applied to outer packagingStacking of packaged/trayed orders onto wheels or pallets as they are receivedSetting up of lines ready for production to start - making sure correct packaging/trays/cages are available, correct labels are set up for printingEnsuring tape machines are set up correctly and supplied with tape to keep lines runningFollowing production plans to ensure correct packaging is issued to production for each orderBooking packaging to production on the computer, using Aurora system.
