This job would suit someone with at 5+ years of relevant experience with international payroll administration in shared services centre environment. They will be responsible for the analysis, execution, and support of payroll operations with utmost confidentiality of 5000 employee records and business information of the Payroll Finance Shared Services organisation. The successful individual will have multi-national companies experience working with third-party payroll services providers. Due to the nature of this fast-paced environment, this person must be comfortable working within a complex and highly matrixed environment. Experience working in systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Global View and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Job responsibilities: Executing day-to-day data entry, data corrections, mass upload etc.Preparing global payroll data for payroll processing by third party payroll adminsEnsure timely preparation, processing, maintenance and appropriate distribution of payroll information, payroll reports, all tax year end reports, payroll manuals and related payroll working instructions.Performing audits and validations of payroll transactionsVerify timekeeping records and consult managers/employees about any discrepanciesRun remote and calculate off-cycle pay checksPayroll issues are escalated and resolved with root cause analysis and corrective action for all levels of employees and management, with a focus on ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience in partnership with HR Shared Services. They will be responsible for researching and understanding individual pre-qualification and tender requirements in respect of the submissions being made to ensure that they're accurate, fully compliant and the deadlines are successfully met. The successful individual will be fluent in English and Dutch, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Good computer literacy and presentation skills are essential. SAP experience is also highly desired, but not essential.
