The company delivers CRM and business platform solutions, combining technical expertise with practical consultancy to solve operational challenges in a collaborative and supportive environment.Responsibilities:Develop, maintain and improve customer-facing web applicationsBuild front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScriptDevelop back-end functionality using technologies such as Node.js, PHP and SQLDesign and maintain relational databases, including PostgreSQLTranslate business and customer requirements into technical solutionsTest, debug, deploy and enhance software applicationsUse Git and source control to manage code changesCreate and maintain technical documentationCommunicate with colleagues and customers to gather requirements and resolve issuesFollow security, data protection and software development best practicesDesirable skills:Attention to detailAnalytical thinkingTechnical documentationSoftware testing and ability to learn new technologies quicklyCustomer-focusedTakes ownership of workWorks effectively both independently and as part of a teamEntry requirements:The learner must have completed a Level 3 Software Development Apprenticeship with QA or have an equivalent qualification with another training providerOR an A-level in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) subject and a successful completion of our aptitude testOR a BTEC Diploma in IT and a successful completion of our aptitude testOR 2 years’ experience in a relevant role and successful completion of our aptitude testYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
