Key responsibilities - Support and assist members with healthcare and security queries- Ensuring clients’ medical situations and treatment are handled with utmost professionalism and care, by booking appointments, authorizing treatments or handling policy claims- Assess situations, co-ordinate care and communicate logistics across the world- Collaborate with a team of doctors, nurses, security, and operations experts in a fast-paced environment. The Company/Team: For years, this company has built a great reputation for developing people within Financial Services. The Customer Service Teams proactively resolve incoming telephone, letter and email queries from Financial Advisers and direct customers. This is not a sales-based call centre role, the focus is purely query resolution and on providing the best customer service possible. The Role: The first 12-weeks in this Customer Service Executive role will focus on your training, thereafter, your main responsibilities will include: Providing first-line support to customers & Financial Advisors via phone, email/correspondenceHandle queries on pension products, guiding customers on tools & resources to empower self-serviceResolve issues efficiently, ensuring all interactions are handled in a timely manner with a quality of response that continually exceeds the customers' expectations - escalating potential risks or vulnerable customer situations when needed Hours rotate between 8 - 4, 9 - 5 & 10 - 6 with 2 week's notice ahead of each rotation. You would also do one Saturday morning, 9 - 12.30, per month, which is worked from home and you would receive overtime. Skills / Experience Required: For these Customer Service Executive roles, you should have office-based customer service experience, ideally within a call centre setting or generally within Financial Services, Banking or Insurance.
