Our client is a specialist freight logistics company. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join their team. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm What you can expect: Transport linksOnsite free parkingCareer progressionFun and friendly work environment Responsibilities: As Customer Service Execuitve, you will ensure timely and accurate movement off freight and information while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers within the Road Freight Department. Ensure information on invoices is correctWeekly completion of KPI reportsHandling customer calls and queriesTrack and Trace of inbound shipmentsEnsure excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and retain customersMaintain good relationships with internal stakeholdersMaintenance of customer recordsHandle all complaints and escalated cases until customer is satisfied Profile: The Ideal candidate will have - Exceptional organizational skill and commercial awarenessFlexibility and adaptabilityAn excellent proficiency in Customer ServiceProven experience in the use of Logistics & Transport Management systemsProficiency in Excel and WordA basic understanding of Road Freight Logistics If you are interested in the position, please send your CV over to us or contact the office for more information.
