When faced with performance issues, analyse and identify the most effective solutions, whether through hardware upgrades, server configuration adjustments, or optimising index and query performance. Fine-tune T-SQL queries to enhance performance and optimise database operations, promoting overall system efficiency. Candidate Requirements: Strong track record of successfully designing, implementing, and managing highly available, large-scale customer-facing systems in a 24x7 operational environment. Extensive expertise in configuring and maintaining clustering, DR, and high availability solutions to ensure system resilience and uptime.
