Receptionist
We are recruiting for an experienced receptionist to join a successful and growing telecommunications and IT company in the Shoreham area. This is a temporary role based in the office Monday-Friday working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have front of house reception experience. Duties will include: Welcoming staff and visitors on arrivalAnswering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant departmentDealing with incoming deliveries and postArranging couriers and managing the FedEx accountPreparing deliveries and using franking machineProvide administrative support to the Facilities AssistantMaintaining the reception area and keeping it tidy and presentable Working for First Recruitment as a temporary worker is a great opportunity to experience a variety of work places within different industries, whilst offering flexible working hours.
