Oversee community engagement on platforms like Reddit, responding to customer inquiries and fostering meaningful conversations. Assist with running and optimizing ads on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms. Help with the development and launch of new product flavors, contributing ideas and assisting with market research. Track marketing performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to guide decision-making. Assist in developing email marketing campaigns and content, from creation to analysis. Collaborate with the team on upcoming brand activations, partnerships, and events. Work with coffee shops and bars in and around London for collaboration opportunities, brand partnerships and content creation. Stay up to date with trends in the cold drinks industry, including coffee, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. What We're Looking For: A passion for cold drinks, innovation, and the world of digital marketing. Strong communication skills — whether it’s creating content, engaging with customers, or working with the team. Experience with sales platforms (e.g., Shopify) and ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). Creative mindset with an eye for design, able to create content and graphics that resonate with online communities. Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar design software. Experience with Reddit or other community management is a big plus. Ability to analyze data and adjust campaigns for maximum impact. A proactive and organized individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects. Experience in the drinks industry (e.g., coffee shop, matcha bar, cocktail bar) is a big plus — you should know how to craft café-quality drinks and understand customer preferences.
