Are you looking for a role that provides an abundance of variety and continual learning, with a chance to develop in a business that is hugely successful?As our Marketing Assistant you will gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including creating engaging content, collateral design, social media management, event co-ordination, market research, maintaining brand consistency and monitoring campaign co-ordination and performance.The Marketing Assistant role is key within the team and provides a development opportunity to within Reality HR to support our growing business and marketing team.Main Responsibilities:Support and contribute to the implementation of the marketing plan under the guidance of the Head of MarketingCreate and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, copywriting, designing emails, tracking effectiveness, reporting findings and making suggestions for future campaigns based on findingsManage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, responding to any engagement, and monitoring analytics to optimise performanceDesign marketing content in line with brand guidelines including graphics, social media posts, emails, as well as digital and offline promotional materials using tools such as Canva and the Adobe Creative SuiteContribute to the management of brand consistency across all marketing materials and communicationsMaintain and update the company website to ensure content remains current, accurate, and engagingAssist with event coordination including logistics planning, promotional support, and post-event follow-up activitiesKnowledge, Skills & Experience:Creative and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for marketingStrong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detailHighly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with using design tools such as Canva and the Adobe Creative SuiteComfortable using social media platforms for B2B marketing, with an understanding of current digital trends such as AIPrevious experience in a marketing role is desirable but not essentialStrong prioritisation skills with flexibility to adapt as business needsExperience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, event coordination, or basic design software is desirable but not essentialCore Values:Partnership - we work in true partnership with respect; we know that no one size fits all.Integrity - We work with the highest integrity.Care - Take care of our people and team to take care of our clients.People - People are our business.Quality - Quality and exceptional service are integral to everything we do.Aware - We are commercially aware.Benefits:22 days holiday (increasing to 25 days after 1 years' service)Health cash plan and wellbeing benefitReward Gateway - Save at over 900 of the UK's top retailers, including travel, groceries and utilities.Free ParkingCafeCandidates with the experience or relevant job titles of; Marketing Campaign Assistant, Social Media Marketing Assistant, Marketing Strategy Assistant, Sales Marketing Assistant, Sales Marketing Executive, Direct Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing may all be considered for this role.
