Quarterly Management Accounts: Prepare quarterly management accounts for MD, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Analyse sales by designer profitability and generate required reports HR/Payroll/Pension and Online Submissions: Manage monthly payroll and year-end reconciliations.Handle online submissions to Inland Revenue.Maintain holiday, sickness records, and NEST Workplace Pensions preparations. Client Fee Billing: Collate and check monthly client hours and prepare project timesheets for authorization.Issue client fee invoices, including expense recharges.Archive completed projects and maintain software.Utilize Harvest software for reporting Company Taxation: Reconcile VAT and submit quarterly returns online.Manage corporation tax payments and obligations.Handle company secretarial responsibilities, including the annual return.
