The ideal candidate will demonstrate:An IT qualification or degree – essential due to the technical nature of the roleA minimum of 2 years' experience in second-line technical supportExperience with service desk ticketing tools (e.g. Jira)Proven knowledge and practical experience with:Application SupportSQLWindows operating systemsDatabasesRemote Access ToolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills – must be confident and articulate on the phoneFluency in English – both spoken and writtenA hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and learningAbility to work autonomously while remaining a team playerRole & ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Support Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent user experiences across a diverse customer base.
