This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and organisational skills who would like to continue developing their career within Learning and Development.What is on offer?Salary of £28,077Permanent, full-time positionMonday to Friday, 9.00am–5.00pmHybrid working with flexibility to work from homeGenerous annual leavePension schemeComprehensive employee benefits packageOngoing learning and developmentThe roleYou will provide administrative and co-ordination support across the Learning and Development function, helping to ensure that training programmes and learning activities run smoothly.Your responsibilities will include:Co-ordinating learning and training activitiesArranging courses, meetings and learning eventsProviding day-to-day administrative support to the Learning and Development teamMaintaining accurate training records and learning management systemsMonitoring mandatory training and compliance activityProducing reports and updating learning dataResponding to enquiries from colleagues, trainers and other stakeholdersManaging multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesSupporting learning initiatives linked to organisational change and employee developmentBuilding positive working relationships with colleagues across the organisationAbout youTo be considered, you should have:Previous Learning and Development administration or training co-ordination experienceStrong administration and organisational skillsExperience of managing competing priorities and deadlinesAn understanding of the employee lifecycleExperience maintaining training records and producing reportsAwareness of mandatory learning and compliance requirementsConfident communication and relationship-building skillsStrong Microsoft Office skillsExperience using a learning management system would be beneficialA proactive, accurate and customer-focused approachLocation and travelThis is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work mainly from home. The team meets in person approximately two or three times each month, alternating between offices in:FromeDevizesAndoverThere may occasionally be travel to other locations.
