Your responsibilities will include: Preparation, maintenance, and processing of financial and project transactions.Analysis of project costs, preparation of monthly cost reports, and providing commentary for any variances.Site visits for inspections.Liaising with the construction and professional team, including clients.Valuing completed work and applying for payments.Using systems and processes to measure commercial performance effectively.Assisting in providing accurate monthly reports and final outcome forecasts.Attending meetings with various stakeholders.Supporting the Commercial and Sales team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous experience in the role of a Quantity Surveyor.An analytical mind and a strong interest in the construction industry.The willingness to undergo further development training, including the possibility of studying towards a sponsored degree at university.
