Equipment Maintenance Schedule and perform internal and external equipment calibration and maintenance.Manage repairs and replacements of faulty equipment.Support equipment selection, purchasing, installation, and documentation.Maintain and update Equipment Operating Procedures (EOPs).Manage service contracts as needed. Goods Inwards Process Receive, inspect, and quarantine incoming goods.Handle rejections, returns, or disposals as appropriate.Develop and maintain procedures and specifications for incoming materials. Stakeholder Coordination Act as the main point of contact for lab-related queries and external contractors.Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure value for money. Compliance and Support Uphold quality and health & safety standards in the lab.Assist with the Goods Outwards process and document management systems as required.
