Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will have regional accountability for ensuring the financial reporting is robust, and that compliance and control is adhered to for the Group. Main Duties: Advise UK stakeholders on financial KPIs, and budget variances to drive decision-makingDesign and build reports for stakeholders to generate insightful informationMonitor and track financial performance and improvement areasAdvise and support stakeholders on financial queries, acting as Business Partner and link with the Global Finance functionEnsure compliance on UK tax, statutory accounts, payments and payrollTrain and build capacity with staff on financial mattersCollaborate with the Global Finance team on process improvement, compliance and controls What will you bring to this role?
