Finance Manager
Finance Manager required for a well-established travel company based in Maidstone, Kent. The company which has both a leisure and corporate arm of the business is looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant accountancy, banking, investment or financial analytics role. This role can be office based or hybrid with at least 3 days in the office and carries a salary of up to £50,000.Finance Manager responsibilities include: Manage internal financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systemsReview company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costsLead payroll, VAT and HMRC processesManage the purchase and sales ledger, prepare monthly accruals, prepayments and accounting queriesAnalyse financial reports and present findings to the boardManage audit processes of current systems Finance Manager skills required: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar or relevant roleAccountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, IFA or a bachelors degreeConfidence in analysing competitors and market trendsAbility to produce accurate financial reports Accounting software packages such as Sage, Quickbooks, Oracle, Zoho, WaveWorking knowledge of financial regulations and legislationTravel industry experience beneficial but not essential Additional information: Monday-Friday 9am-6pmHybrid or office based in Maidstone28 days holidaySalary up to £50,000 Don't keep a good thing to yourselfWe grow our business through referrals, so please don't keep us to yourself.
