The salary scale for this position is £40,296?- £43,735 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week. This is a two year Fixed Term contract/ secondment opportunity. The Financial Analyst role sits within Finance but works closely with colleagues in other services, with a particular focus on supporting Highways & Transport within the Environment, Infrastructure & Growth Directorate. As an Analyst you will ensure the smooth operation of the financial management cycle including monthly budget monitoring, reporting and year-end closing and reporting. You will also conduct varied financial analysis, presenting results and recommendations to help support decision making.
