We are currently looking for a Member Experience Executive to join our Member Services Team and be part of our continuing growth at our Head Office in Wootton The Member Services Team are responsible for the registration and renewal of all Copart Members,to be able to bid and buy in our UK and Ireland auctions new Members must complete the registration process and then, annually, need to renew their membership. The Member Services Team are the first point of contact for current and new Members who have questions regarding registration, renewal, the website, bidding, buying, fees, collection/delivery, and all other questions connected with our business. As the Member Experience Executive, you will be responsible for providing our Members and Copart with a best-in-class experience with us, ensuring we collaborate with all areas of the business to continually improve our service. Using your Copart knowledge and working with teammates, recommending enhancements to our website and internal systems. Working alongside the Member Experience Manager, to co-ordinate and submit Business Briefs to change and improve our service to our Members and our teammates. Collaborating with the business to ensure we send timely and meaningful communications to our Members and find new ways to develop to keep us best-in-class. What skills do you need to have? Knowledge: Working knowledge of all the main classes of General Insurance and the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR.Must have a minimum of year 5 years' experience in a similar role.Experience in cross class products is desirable for this role.Responsibility for own personal development and for keeping own knowledge up to date by the use of e-learning, in-house courses, and studying for professional qualifications in order to gain the required CPD points.
