This is a purpose-designed, high-volume site servicing over 250+ stores, where safety, accuracy and performance are critical - and where your training expertise will help shape how the operation runs from the very start. Working closely with the Operations and L&D teams, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality MHE training, ensuring colleagues are competent, confident and compliant in a busy, MHE-heavy environment.This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating any 5 from 7 shift pattern (Sunday–Thursday & Monday–Friday). Your hours of work will also rotate weekly between 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.Pay, benefits and more:You’ll be paid a salary of £30,060.50 per annum, which includes a £2000 responsibility allowance.
