Most importantly, you will be passionate, personable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the subject and be driven enough to make impactful change. The key duties will include the design, delivery and evaluation of Positive Action strategy and initiatives, programmes and events across the organisation whilst supporting the EDI strategy. You will engage, build relationships with and work with external partners, stakeholders, community teams, schools, colleges and network groups delivering initiatives, training and awareness which in turn will create processes and opportunities ultimately having a positive impact for the organisation and increase interest and the diversity profile within the service.
