What You'll Be Doing: Provide advisory services to new and existing corporate clients on Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance, including renewals, rebrokes, and technical queries (with full administrative support).Manage client relationships, ensuring high service levels and ongoing advice.Develop new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential corporate clients.Conduct thorough research to make informed recommendations in line with compliance requirements.Maintain strong relationships with product providers and professional connections.Have the opportunity to get involved in Group Personal Pension plans if desired. What We're Looking For: A relevant industry qualification or the willingness to work towards one.A strong understanding of FCA regulations, compliance, and record-keeping requirements.Knowledge of industry initiatives such as Consumer Duty.A proactive and client-focused approach with excellent relationship management skills.A commitment to continuous professional development (CPD).
