You will take ownership of private-label product performance across key online channels, using data, insight, and platform tools to grow sales, maximise visibility, and strengthen brand performance. The Role As the E-Commerce Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of private-label products on-line. You’ll use platforms for customer feedback, and market research to drive improvements and ensure products are optimised for performance and competitiveness. Key Responsibilities Full ownership of private-label product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms. Drive sales growth and increase brand presence online. Analyse platform data and customer feedback to identify improvements. Conduct product and market research to support growth opportunities. Plan and execute optimisation strategies, including listing content, pricing, imagery, keyword use, and categorisation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product accuracy and availability.
