Customer Service Coordinator
The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and business needs. Client Details Our client is a leading expert undergoing a great amount of growth, seeking a temporary customer service agent to support them during a busy period with the view of becoming permanent. Description Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner.Address and resolve customer issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and order status. Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.Coordinate with the Operations & Logistics teams to track orders and manage delivery timelines. Administrative Support: Follow-up on outstanding customer issues where required.Track sales and product inquiries, coordinating with the appropriate team members to take necessary actions. Team Collaboration: Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment. Profile A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have: Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Experience in coordinating with multiple departments is highly desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
