An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Control Supervisor to join a well established, successful and growing organisation, based in beautiful modern offices. Hybrid working is available, up to two days per week working from home with other great benefits. The Credit Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Credit Control team, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, maintain strong relationships with clients and minimising bad debts. The Credit Control Supervisor role involves managing a team of Credit Controller and Billing Clerks whilst managing the credit control process from customer credit assessments to billing queries and debt recovery whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in Credit Control with a minimum of two years experience within a supervisory position.
