Financial Planning Compliance Administrator Birmingham/Warwick - Hybrid Working Up to £30,000 DOE Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator with experience in Compliance or IFA functions? We are working with a growing and values driven financial planning firm seeking a Compliance Administrator to assist with overseeing compliance within the business and provide integral support to the compliance team. Working alongside the Compliance Manager and Compliance Officer, you will provide vital support to ensure the business meets regulatory and internal compliance standards. You will be assisting with file checking, auditing and advisor reviews including 1:1’s and KPI checking, ensuring policies are up to date, monitoring FCA processes, helping to manage complaints and championing a compliance culture throughout the business. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, structure, and making a meaningful contribution to business integrity.
