Commercial Property Manager This company is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties for a range of clients. As the Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client contact, dealing with all aspects of day-to-day management of the properties, including overseeing rent collection and accounting matters, tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, service charges, and landlord and tenant matters. Job Description The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for interpreting and negotiating leases, including being able to oversee licenses, rent reviews, lease renewals, as well as liaising with third party consultants on a range of matters such as schedules of condition, terminal dilapidation's, refurbishments, and conversion schemes, etc. Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation, preparing service charge budgets, reviewing year-end certificates and other financial reporting. This role also involves building and maintaining good relationships between this company and its clients and actively promoting the company and assisting with business development initiatives.
