You will be confident in making sure that sales, purchases and property transactions all run as smoothly as possible. The successful candidate will have experience in managing their own caseload with very little supervision, where you will be dealing with first time buyers, property developers, companies and Landlords in the purchase and sale of apartments, office buildings, family homes and luxurious London residences. It is also important to have good networking skills. There is the opportunity to be trained up in Commercial Property also.
