Our client based in Northampton require an enthusiastic PropertySales Administrator to join their team working in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities: Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.Progress property sales and liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, estate agents, surveyors, and mortgage lenders.Manage and maintain a pipeline of property sales.Maintain a database whilst ensuring all notes and updates are logged onto the company Alto CRM system and communicated to relevant parties. Requirements: Must have previous estate agency or conveyancing experience, with a full understanding of the legal process in the sale of residential properties.Excellent people skills and the ability to build a rapport with potential buyers/clients.Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work well under pressure.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.A Proactive and self-motivated work ethic.Knowledge of the local area.
