About the role We have a fabulous opportunity for a pro-active and driven individual to join as an Account Director for the UK Retail Marketing Division. This would be a perfect opportunity for an ambitious, customer focused individual to come and be part of this amazing team! Working with a wide range of internal stakeholder and customers, you will use your skill and experience to work with our clients on a variety of 3D POS projects; FSDU's and Shippers. This is a client facing role and therefore suit someone who strives for customer satisfaction, loyalty and delivering a customer experience that exceeds our customers' expectations. This role would also manage a small team for a specific group of customer accounts so previous experience of managing a small team would be ideal. As a strong sales professional, ideally with a retail background, you will support your team to manage the accounts within your area, monitor the progress of the client requests and advise solutions as required. This role will work closely with both new and existing clients and so being able to support new clients through the DS Smith processes is essential to ensure we are delighting our customers and providing an excellent level of service. You will be home-based but will be required to travel to meet customers and teams at our sites needed.
