About this role Working on multiple high-impact projects, you will play a pivotal role in fostering professional relationships with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and analyse business needs. You will be utilising multiple process mapping methodologies such as Flowcharts, UML, BPMN, Use Cases etc to assess and document workflow. You will be modelling data to understand, organise and manage the sequence of information utilising methods such as Entity-Relationship and Data-Flow Diagrams. There will be a range of responsibilities to manage change with technology dependencies such as system mapping, impact analysis, monitoring and reporting, and integration planning to name a few. This is a collaborative role and as such you will be working alongside senior management, project managers, development teams, end users, external partners and regulatory bodies to ensure that the projects requirements are accurately captured, understood and met. Your duties will support the successful delivery of large-scale projects from initiation to deployment. In this role, you will be a vital part of the digital transformation team, you'll be defining business and functional requirements.
