HR Advisor - £28,000 - £32,000 DOE - Full-time - Office based - Manchester We are working with an award-winning, national business compliance company that offers HR and Employment Law advice to small businesses across the UK. This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading business, work with a great team and progress your career within HR. Basic salary up to £35,000, dependent on experience and based on a 37.5-hour week. Some weekend work is required (one day, every three weeks or thereabouts), but you will receive a day off in the week so that you are always working 5 days, unless you choose to work overtime. Shifts are between 6am and 9pm, rotating on a weekly basis usually. There is flexibility to set these in place if required.About the job: In this role you will be responsible for providing professional HR and Employment Law advice and excellent service to clients across the UK via telephone and email. You will need to work as part of a team in order to ensure that the advice you are providing to clients meets their specific needs and is compliant with the law. In some cases, you may have to highlight options that are not compliant, and make sure that the client completely understands the risks they would be taking if they chose to take these. This role has rotating hours - you will work a minimum of 7 and a half hours per day, with the option to work more if you’d like to. The hours range from 6am - 9pm, so you might work 7am-3pm one week, 9am-5pm another week and so on. If you are unable to work a rotating shift pattern, you will still be considered for the role as set hours that don’t alternate can be allocated for the right individual.
