Job Title: Business Support Administrator Location: Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport, SK2 7JE Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm / 8.30am - 4.30pm Trust Location: Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust What you'll be responsible for: · Assist with efficient and extensive administrative support to the Operational Support Team · Develop & create documents and reports using Microsoft Office packages · Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a polite and professional manner · Co-ordinate and manage dashboards for multiple monthly meetings including minute taking tasks · Setting up meetings, sharing agendas and logging attendees. This job would suit someone with previous administrator experience and excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. The main purpose of this role will be to administer payroll data and ensure accurate and timely submissions to the payroll system, whilst maintaining correct records.
