Building Physics Engineer Ref:BM354 This is a great opportunity to join a leading Sustainability Consultancy who provide specialist services to numerous multidisciplined projects within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for an experienced Building Physics Engineer to join their Energy team in their offices in London. A Building Physics Engineer will be responsible for: Produce general energy and sustainability strategies and reports for clients to minimise the environmental impact of their projectsUse IES-VE software to carry out overheating assessments, operational energy analysis, and daylight calculationsProduce EPCs and SAP assessments for non-domestic and commercial projectsProvide building energy consumption and embodied carbon advice across all stages of the design development process The ideal Building Physics Engineer will have: Relevant experience within a Building Physics role within the construction industryProficiency in IES-VE software to carry out energy modelling in accordance with CIBSE TM52, TM59, TM54, and Daylight CalculationsExperience delivering NABERS assessments and calculationsA Low Carbon Energy Assessor CIBSE Accreditation or working towards it would be beneficialExcellent communication and organisational skills Benefits of the role include: Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000Hybrid workingCareer progression25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany Pension scheme If This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on or email .
