Purpose of RoleThe Boat Builder will report to the Boat Builder Manager, who is based at our Wroxham Site. They will be responsible for making and fitting various components across our range of boats, working to precise measurements and details.This will include both fit out joinery on the inside of the boat details on the exterior of the projects as well.Key Job ResponsibilitiesFitting sailing hardware (Winches, cleats, clutches and tracks)Fitting ply bulkheads.Epoxy lay-up of sub-assemblies.
