Providing technical and administrative support to the broking team. Any enquiries from client, insurers etc to be resolved professionally and promptly. Good communication with the broking team relating to client requests, translating this to slip detail and preparing MRC slips to market requirements, Preparation of broker insurance documentation including cover notes, debit notes, premium adjustments etc. Provide cover for the preparation and processing of policy documentation that meets Market Reform requirements.
