Providing the best possible service to clients, as Audit Assistant Manager you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of audits across a diverse and ever-expanding client portfolio which includes a variety of well known entrepreneurial and private equity backed companies, national and international groups, as well as charitable organisations and not-for-profit entities. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the on site fieldwork for a range of audit clientsSupervising more junior team membersPreparing reports, commentaries and financial statementsLiaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendationsExamining company accounts and financial control systemsIdentifying if and where processes can be improved and advising on changes to be made As Audit Assistant Manager you will need: Strong recent experience gained in an Audit Assistant Manager or Audit Senior roleACA qualifiedExcellent computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).First class communication skills at all levels, in person and writtenInitiative, foresight and a collaborative, team-oriented approachAn efficient, organised, thorough and diligent outlook - a strong ability to prioritise tasks, effectively project managing your own activities and those of more junior team members under pressureSelf-motivation and confidence in your own abilities with weticulous attention to detail, excellent problem solving skills and a keen interest in the financial system are essential Benefits and rewards £32-37.5k basic salary + bonus (to £3k) + benefitsTo secure maximum specified pay/rewards, you must possess all outlined experience, skills, qualification and knowledgeA focus on people, with strong growth, coaching and development culture, including "on the job" and formal training, with additional training courses and continuing professional development provided for all qualified staffFull time, permanent workCentrally located office Please note: High levels of interest mean we will only contact you if your application is shortlisted and this will happen within five working days.
