We are interested in hearing from Associate, Senior Associate or Partner/Director level Solicitors with 6 years plus PQE covering one of the following areas of expertise: Social HousingCorporateEmploymentPrivate Client AdvisoryBanking and FinanceEducation Salary is negotible / £100k plus Drawing on expertise and analytical reasoning, the solicitor will provide sophisticated and tailored legal advice and assistance - helping people/organisations with varying degrees of legal knowledge grasp complex concepts to make better-informed decisions. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as with a team. We're looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and detail-oriented - and who relishes new challenges, organisational innovation, and the level of excellence our client's prestigious firm is known for. Objectives of this role Provide timely, sound legal advice on a range of mattersManage a varied caseload effectivelyRemain up to date on the latest developments in the fieldParticipate in business development activitiesMaintain strict confidentiality Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage legal documentationConduct legal research and investigate the facts of each caseConduct negotiations to reach desired outcomesDelegate and outsource work when appropriateTraining of junior staff in conjunction with the Head of Department and Team Leaders.Conducting matters on behalf of clients in an appropriate and efficient manner.Giving expert, tailored expert advice, tailored to each client's needs.Some management and supervision of support services including departmental secretaries and paralegals as required.Participation in marketing and business development activities whether on a firm-wide, departmental or office.
