Due to the location of this company, interested candidates must have their own form of reliable transport as there are no public transport links to the location. Key areas of responsibility Telephone and customer liaisonOrder processingAdministrationGeneral office support Telephone work Stock availability enquiries and pricing enquiriesOrder enquiriesCustomer complaints & claimsEstablish delivery requirements and notify delivery dates Order Processing Input customer orders onto computer systemMatch and check special prices against corresponding Special Price Agreement Project Coordination Obtain and update delivery and material schedulesLiaise with Sales Office Manager re delivery requirements Administration Maintain live order fileDocumentation filingDeal with credit requests and issue required credit notes without delay Skills required Positive and helpful telephone mannerAbility to work pro-actively and accurately under pressureAbility to prioritise day-to-day tasksAbility to multi-task simultaneouslyGood understanding of figures & numeracyGood communicatorComputer literate - Windows based systems If you do not hear from a Consultant within 1 week of your application then unfortunately, on this occasion, you have been unsuccessful
