Purchase Ledger Clerk
SF Recruitment are currently working with a great business in Burton to recruit for a Purchase Ledger clerk to join their finance department. This is an exciting time to join the business as they are currently undergoing a change of structure, this is a newly created role to join a long standing experienced team. Overseeing two major sites for the business, you will be involved in the following duties: - Processing of invoices, matching to purchase orders and dealing with supplier queries - Ensuring invoices are fully authorized and correctly coded - Supplier statement reconciliations - Production of payment runs and weekly payment forecasts, ensuring suppliers are paid to terms - Preparation of cashbooks - Month end ledger reconciliations - Group credit card and expenses processing - Supporting the Commercial Accountant with ad-hoc jobs and audit requests If this role looks of interest and you are an experienced accounts professional, please get in touch with your updated CV.
