Your responsibilities will extend from preparing and posting journals to supporting annual audit activities. You will work collaboratively with other teams within Finance Operations to resolve discrepancies and identify errors. Your commitment to delivering defined performance service levels will contribute significantly to achieving operational efficiencies. Perform necessary general ledger close procedures including sub-ledger to GL activities, accruals, and journal adjustmentsPrepare and post journals with appropriate auditable documentationComplete agreed recharges, reallocations, assisting with IFRS adjustments, and revaluation journalsPerform elimination and allocation journal entriesAssist with Lease accounting and HETV accountingSupport annual calendar of audit activitiesWork collaboratively with other pillars in RTR and across Finance Operations to resolve discrepancies and identify errorsDeliver defined performance service levels aligned with the KPIs and SLAs for the RTR team As a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist, you bring valuable experience as an assistant accountant along with your organisational skills and attention to detail. Your proficiency in accounting software, especially Oracle Fusion ERP, will be instrumental in this role. Your resilience under pressure, ability to meet tight deadlines, and adaptability to change are key attributes that will ensure your success. Furthermore, your developing IT skills including GSuite and Excel will be beneficial.
