Day-to-day of the role: Handling accounts, invoicing, and closing maintenance/service jobs in our accounting system.Managing sales orders, credit control, sales ledger, and purchase ledger tasks.Preparing VAT returns, handling VAT Reversal, and dealing with CIS.Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.Undertaking general administrative duties, including answering telephone calls and scanning documents. As a key team member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting and reporting into the Key Account Executive, providing exceptional service to their extensive client base within the Transport sector. Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for key customers, owning and nurturing relationships to meet revenue targets.Identify and capitalise on business opportunities, collaborating closely with the Key Account Manager.Proactively expand our client's product portfolio within the existing account database.Conduct contract and commercial reviews with existing clients, ensuring their requirements are met and their satisfaction is increased.Liaise with internal support teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer sales.Maintain a high level of autonomy while also providing guidance and assistance to fellow team members.Manage the full order journey, from order to manufacture, resolving any queries that may arise.
