Account and Marketing Manager MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB Account Management - to grow business with our resale customers through excellent customer relations, dispute resolution, upsells and cross-sells and provide valuable insights into customer buying behaviour. To show our resale customers the value of our products. Marketing - to oversee the marketing efforts of our company and products. Working with key internal stakeholders and our external marketing agency to increase revenue and drive customer interest. DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management Responsible for implementing distributor price list updates and managing the changes with our resale customers and internal stakeholders.Producing product specification sheets and internal product literature such as used equipment memos.Managing our Web chat facility and dealing with small order sales enquiries via our websiteProviding on site sales cover including providing quotes to new customersProviding proactive account management including customer visits and training on productsBuilding long-term relationships with customers based on trust, respect and valuesCommunicating with our resale customers to understand their needs and provide details on the value of our productsAnalysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights on customer behaviour to guide decision makingImproving the buying experience by acting as an advocate for client needsFinding upsell, renewal and cross-selling opportunitiesDemonstrating in-depth knowledge of company products or servicesResolve customer issues promptly and prevent escalation of issues Marketing Design, build and maintain our social media presenceProactively scheduling and pushing content across Social MediaManaging and implementing email and PR campaigns to drive salesProviding internal marketing communications and company updates to staff.Maintaining the product Image control on our website and adding new images when required.Writing and implementing blog postsWorking with key internal stakeholders on developing the marketing strategy and driving sales to new product rangesOrganising and attending exhibitions to promote our productsIdentifying industry trends that the company can use to improve customer satisfactionCreating marketing strategies to meet customer needs and drive sales.Producing tailored pitch materials and proposals, identifying relevant and compelling messaging, capabilities, and experience.Collaborating with internal stakeholders to articulate and promote unique selling propositions (USPs).Increasing brand awareness
