A Local Authority based in the South East is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Youth Support team which works with service users between the ages of 11 - 17

Highlights

  • Will have the opportunity to focus on your areas of interest - so if you are keen to develop exploitation experience you can choose to work on these types of cases.
  • The service operate a Hybrid working pattern which enables working from home, and this isn't expected to change anytime soon.
  • The service use the Connected Practice model which is relationship based and emphasises developing relationships with service users families but also colleagues and external partners in order to ensure information is shared effectively to provide a holistic approach to the work.

Your cases can be adjusted to reflect these topics to help you specialise in these areas improving employment prospects.

To be considered for this post you should have extensive front line experience.
