Are you a compassionate and skilled Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in a reputable Primary School? We have a Part-time 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role available in Wallasey (CH44) working alongside a child on a 1:1 basis in Year 2.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to a Year 2 child with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Assist the child throughout their school day, both in the classroom and during break times.
  • Support the child with their schoolwork, addressing any challenges they may be facing.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children in a school setting.
  • Understanding of SEN and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time: 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday).
  • Hours: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
