Year 4 Teacher
Prestigious School in High Wycombe | Summer Term
We are looking for a Year 4 teacher in High Wycombe from April 2024! This is an opportunity to work within a 'Good’ primary school in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, Southeast England from April 2024. The school is looking to appoint a class teacher who will enjoy teaching an academic yet creative, topic-based curriculum in a school with exceptional pastoral care.
Responsibilities of a Year 4 teacher:
· Plan and deliver engaging and effective classes to Year 4 students based on the National Curriculum.
· Provide ongoing feedback and support to Year4 students to encourage growth and development.
· Create a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
· Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
· Use data to inform teaching decisions and adapt instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
· Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on Year 4 student progress.
· Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Suitable Applicants Must Have:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
· Proven experience teaching Year 4 in a primary school setting.
· A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and how to tailor instruction to meet its requirements.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Dedication to providing high-quality education to children.
· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments and schools.
· Strong organizational and planning abilities.
