Wayman Education is seeking a hardworking and diligent Year 4 Teacher to join a reputable primary school in Maidenhead, Berkshire, West of London. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching in a Year 4 setting. Aside from that, the successful Year 4 Teacher will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.

Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality lessons that are engaging, challenging, and enjoyable to Year 4 pupils.
• Planning and preparing lessons, ensuring that lesson plans are effectively communicated and meetings obligations for curriculum coverage.
• Monitoring Year 4 student progress, identifying their learning needs, and allowing for creative approaches within the classroom for meaningful development.
• Conducting regular assessments and provide accurate reporting for student progress and maintain records of pupil achievement.
• Ensuring classroom management and organization is tailored for individual student needs.
• Creating a safe, secure, and stimulating learning environment for all Year 4 pupils.
• Collaborating with other staff members ranging from support staff to parents, school management, and outside professionals.

Year 4 Teacher Requirements:

• Year 4 teacher experience
• QTS or equivalent
• A recognized qualification in teaching, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field
• Proven experience in teaching Year 4 in a mainstream primary or secondary school
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
• Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and its application in class
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to facilitate different learning styles
• A passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
